Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, you may transfer your ticket to someone else up to 24 hours before the event, please simply send an email to events@thepickleballguru.com with the person’s name, email & phone number.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, you do not need to bring a printed ticket to the event.
What is the refund policy?
Full refunds will be provided until 30 days prior to the event. No refunds will be provided within 30 days of the event, however participants MAY transfer their registration to another person. In case of inclement weather, best efforts will be made to reschedule the clinic. If attendees cannot make the rescheduled time, they may apply their registration fee toward a future clinic or lesson.
